- Take an enema every day to prevent constipation.

- A mud pack on the lower abdomen is also very efficacious.

- Fast for one or two days, taking only lemon juice in water. After that take liquid diet for a period, and gradually change over to your usual diet. Eliminate fatty foods and alcohol from your daily diet.
