Migraine headaches are related with paroxysmal ailments which are accompanied by severe headache. In this condition normally the headaches occur on one side of the head. Migraine is a condition which is related with disorders of liver, sight and of digestion. Sometimes due to great mental stress and tension also, some people may suffer from the problem of migraine. Typically the migraine headache patients are inflexible, smart and disciplined. Sometimes there is a sudden migraine attacks due to continuous stress as well as due to overworked muscles in the head and neck.

Major symptoms of migraine headache -

1. In this condition of migraine headache there is a pain in one side of the head. Usually in this condition the pain continues only in one side of the head and often starts from behind the eye.

2. Some of the important symptoms of migraine are nausea, pain and vomiting. The sufferer can feel the pulsation of blood through the affected side of the head.

3. Sufferer of migraine suffers from the symptoms of weakness or numbness of a leg or an arm. Prior to migraine headache there may be a pain in the eye or there may be a numbness of the face. Some times in some cases the pain and the numbness are so much severe that in some patients due to numbness the speech may also become slurry. With the development of headache the patient of migraine may experience some type of digestive problems.



4. Some of the common symptoms of migraine are laziness, stiff neck, irritability, yawning etc. some more symptoms are weakness, confused thinking, difficulty in concentrating etc.

Migraine headaches can be treated with the help of herbal remedies -

1. If juice of ripe grapes is taken regularly then it will give the beneficial effect to the sufferer. You can grind fresh ripe grapes and without adding any water you can drink it.

2. Lemon crust is having an effective effect in reducing the symptom of migraine headache. You have to grind the crusts of the lemon and prepare a paste. Apply this paste over the affected area. It is an effective and very old remedy.

3. Chamomile is very popular in the treatment of migraines. It is a best natural sedatives and help in relieving migraine and tension headaches. It also alleviates the symptoms like nervousness and irritability.

4. There are many herbs which are very effective in treating migraine headaches like rosemary, gotu kola, dandelion root, yucca root, ginkgo biloba etc.
